The project view is a crucial component of the platform, designed to meet the diverse needs that arise in construction or store remodeling projects of varying sizes and complexities. Therefore, its design was structured to provide a clear and comprehensive overview, allowing for immediate visualization of project members, their roles, key deliverables, current status, progress level, and detailed discussions within each task.

Organizing this section was a complex challenge that dictated the construction and functionality of the entire system due to the inherent complexity of the tasks involved. Oversimplifying the interface would have compromised its ability to offer effective and valuable solutions for clients and their projects.

To address the diversity of requirements, we decided to segment specific functionalities, such as RFI, Change Orders, Live Cams, and Integrations, into individual tabs that can be toggled on or off through the settings.

Additionally, we developed a Schedule view that provides an overall snapshot of the project, facilitating navigation between its various parts, quickly identifying the current status, and detecting blockers that could cause deviations. To optimize this process, we created project-specific settings with a higher level of detail than the global settings, allowing for more precise customization of both the project and the people involved.
